I assume that you have done your keyword research properly and select a profitable product to promote. The next step that you should is to test your ad copies and use the best one to bring higher conversion rates.

What exactly is split testing?
Split testing basically means creating several ad copies that are slightly different. It could be a different sentence structure or probably an extra exclamation point for one ad and leaving the other one without it.
